Working Student IT Infrastructure & Digital Workplace (all genders)
Please note that this position is based in Munich and follows our hybrid working model. Relocation support is not offered.
The following adventures await you at Schleich:
- Support the continuous improvement and reliable operation of schleich’s digital workplace and IT services
- Contribute to the analysis, optimization, and governance of our Microsoft-based IT environment
- Assist in evaluating and coordinating changes within the IT landscape
- Support data-driven decision making within IT
- Participate in IT infrastructure, digitalization, and AI implementation initiatives
- Explore and validate new technology opportunities using existing tools and platforms
- Help strengthen communication and knowledge sharing across the organization
Your story so far:
- You are currently enrolled at a university and entitled to work as a working student in Germany, with a genuine interest in building a career in IT
- You have a clear affinity for the Microsoft technical environment (Azure AD / Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint) and are keen to deepen your hands-on knowledge
- You bring solid analytical skills – you enjoy structuring data, spotting patterns and turning findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can craft newsletters, posts and guides that speak the language of your audience
- You work in a structured, reliable and self-driven way, are curious about AI, and enjoy bringing your own ideas into projects and proofs of concept
- Nice to have: first experience in programming and coding independently – Powershell would be advantageous, but not mandatory
- You are confident holding technical conversations in both German and English – in writing and verbally, and enjoy translating tech topics for a broader audience
