Working Student Finance - Controlling (all genders)
Please note that this position is based in Munich and follows our hybrid working model. Relocation support is not offered.
The following adventures await you at Schleich:
As a Working Student Controlling (all genders), you will support our Controlling team in daily business activities, with a particular focus on Sales Controlling and pricing-related topics. You will help prepare data, support reporting and analyses, and contribute to informed decision-making based on reliable financial information. This position is initially limited to six months, with the possibility of extension.
- You support the Controlling team in day-to-day business activities, reporting, and analyses
- You prepare, validate, and analyze financial and commercial data from different systems and sources
- You support ad hoc analyses and contribute to the further development of reporting and analysis templates
- You support the Sales Controlling team with pricing requests, customer analyses, and margin evaluations
- You analyze sales, pricing, discount, volume, and margin developments and prepare key insights for stakeholders
- You prepare analyses, presentations, and decision-support materials and work closely with the local Controlling team and other business functions
Your story so far:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Economics, or a related field
- First practical experience through internships or working student positions in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or a comparable analytical field is an advantage
- Interest in Controlling, Sales Controlling, Pricing, and commercial performance topics
- Good analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers, data, and structured problem solving
- Confident handling of Excel; experience with SAP, Power BI, or Lucanet is a plus
- Structured, reliable, and careful working style with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently on clearly defined tasks and to ask questions proactively when clarification is needed
- Very good German skills are required for communication within the local Controlling team
