The following adventures await you at Schleich:
- Independently process and manage B2B orders from entry to delivery using SAP
- Take the lead or actively contribute to order management, sales, and operational projects as well as continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure precise and timely fulfillment of all orders
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments (e.g., sales, logistics, warehouse) to guarantee smooth workflows
- Execute professional order management for national and international key accounts with a high level of autonomy
- Continuously monitor order progress and proactively resolve any issues to maintain service excellence.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and effectively
- Investigate and resolve issues related to product quality, delivery, and other service-related concerns
- Communicate with customers to provide updates and solutions
- Document and track complaints to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B customers in Europe, as well as worldwide distributors
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Address inquiries and provide product information and support as needed
- Generate reports on order status, fulfillment, and customer feedback
- Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvements
- Present findings and recommendations to management
The chapters of your story so far:
- You are fluent in English, written and spoken; fluency in German is an advantage
- You bring proven expertise in order management, customer service, or a similar field
- You have hands-on experience in project management
- You possess in-depth knowledge of SAP and its practical application
- Familiarity with the Amazon portal is a welcome bonus
- Your strong organizational and multitasking skills enable you to handle complex tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills allow you to collaborate seamlessly with others
- You thrive both when working independently and as part of a team
- You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
