The following adventures await you at Schleich:

  • You are the first point of contact for our leaders and support with all topics related to the employee life circle
  • You coach and develop managers and equip them with the relevant skills and tools to lead their teams in a motivated and successful manner
  • You implement the HR strategy and ensure smooth processing in the respective areas
  • You build relationships of trust to partner and consult our leaders on a diverse range of people topics
  • You support the Chief of Staff with change management and strategic HR projects within a changing organization
  • You are responsible for and manage HR planning, taking into account all essential HR areas
  • You take on ad hoc special HR projects (e.g. Data Cleaning, Internal Audits, Shared Services)
  • You work continuously on the further development of the HR department
  • You cooperate closely with HR Business Partners in Munich, Barcelona and Charlotte (USA)

The chapters of your story so far:

  • You have a degree in Economic Psychology or Economics with a focus on Human Resource Management
  • You’ve experienced the full employee lifecycle in a global and dynamic setting for ≥ 3 years and developed skills to be a HR Business Partner in a strategic and global setting
  • You can fall back on experience in recruiting and active sourcing for all hierarchy levels
  • Experience in an international work environment and a high level of intercultural competence are an advantage
  • You have an independent and results-oriented way of working and a hands-on mentality
  • You are willing to travel 
  • You are fluent in English, German language skills are a plus
